Phelps was born and raised in Baltimore County, located in the state of Maryland in the United States of America. He graduated from Towson High School in 2003. His father, Fred Phelps, worked for the Maryland State Police, and his mother, Deborah Sue "Debbie" Davisson Phelps, is director of school. They divorced in 1994. Michael has two older sisters, Whitney and Hilary. Both were also swimmers. RICARDO ARJONA

Edgar Ricardo Arjona Morales was born on 19 January 1964 in Jocotenango, Guatemala, to parents Ricardo Arjona Moscoso and Mimi Morales de Arjona. He lived most of his childhood and began his musical instruction in Guatemala City. At age twelve, he participated in the contest "Festival Infantil Juventud 74" with "Gracias al Mundo", a song composed by his father, finally winning the event.

Although he initially enrolled in architecture and engineering, he graduated with a degree from the School of Communication Sciences at theUniversidad de San Carlos de Guatemal (USAC). Arjona was a talented basketball player who played for Leones de Marte and TRIAS. He toured Central America as a member of the Guatemalan national team. Until recently, he held the record for the most points scored (78) in a single game by a Guatemalan. He also taught at a primary school (called Santa Elena III), where he claimed to have spent six hours giving lessons and the rest of the day playing soccer. This earned him a visit from a Ministry of Education representative, who was sent to evaluate his pupils. The representative found that the students' education was actually above average. In the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, he met Puerto Rican Leslie Torres and had two children with her: Adria and Ricardo. They separated in 2005. As of 2010, Arjona was dating Venezuelan model  Daisy Arvelo, with whom he has a child.

 

STILE OF HIS MUSIC.

The health and proper functioning of our body depends on nutrition and food we have in life.
Food and Nutrition even seem to mean the same,  but are different concepts.
Food we can take from our environment, foods from the diet (mouth to outside) and Nutrition is the set of processes that allow our bodies use the nutrients in food to perform their functions (of the mouth to inside).
Food is all natural and industrial products we consume to fill a physiological necessity. Nutrients are substances found in food and the body needs to perform different functions and maintain health. There are five types of nutrients called: Proteins or Proteins, Fats and Lipids, Carbohydrates and Carbohydrates, Vitamins and Minerals.

NUTRIENTS:
Proteins:
Are the building blocks needed to grow and repair damage to the body.
They are found in meat (beef, poultry, hunting), fish, seafood, shellfish, eggs, milk, cheeses, meats (salami, sausages, salami), grains such as beans, beans, peas, lentils.



Carbohydrates:
They give us energy and heat to move and perform all daily activities. They are of plant origin.
